USDA Commodities
HCRC is a designated emergency site for the USDA Commodities Program that provides individuals and families with pre-bagged basic food items.
Help for all
Too many households do not earn enough money to afford the basic necessities of life. These families often need to choose whether to buy food, pay the rent or to cover medical expenses.
